What lights up Jaime?

Every human is brilliant in their own way, and it’s my purpose to reflect that to them.

Since the late 1900s I’ve been in the leadership development space. I’ve gotten to coach and facilitate insight among thousands of brilliant people, from hospitality lab technicians to artists to attorneys to professional services leaders. Whether we were implementing electronic medical records or developing human skills like social and emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and resilience, the common thread was intensifying talent.

In 2004, I started coaching small business owners to become better leaders so that they could create sustainable ways of working and consistently attract success. By understanding who they are and how to show up at their best, leaders free up their creativity and innovation. As they model this way of being, they light the way for their employees to do the same. A small business full of people working in alignment with their personal brilliance is magnetic. This changes people’s everyday lives and their communities.

Through coaching, writing, and facilitating I get to help people access more of their personal brilliance and share it to light up the world. How can it get better than this?
