Every human is brilliant in their own way, and it’s my purpose to reflect that to them.
I got here in a non-traditional way. As you get to know me, you’ll find out “non-traditional” is on-brand for me.
Since the late 1900s I’ve worked and played in the leadership development space. I’ve gotten to facilitate insight among thousands of luminous people, from hospitality lab technicians to artists to attorneys to professional services leaders. Whether we were implementing electronic medical records or developing human skills like social and emotional intelligence and critical thinking, the common thread was intensifying curiosity and strengths to serve a common goal.
In 2004, I discovered coaching as a profession while completing my MBA at the University of Central Florida. Right away, I felt a signal to share coaching with leaders - coaching wasn’t mainstream yet - and started leading them to create sustainable ways of working to consistently attract success from the inside out. For over 20 years, I have worked with individuals, teams, small businesses, and Fortune 500 organizations to boost employee engagement through developing human skills. In 2025, I earned the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
All along, I was discovering and developing my Personal Brilliance™ to guide clients toward fully expressing who they are so they illuminate themselves, their paths, and their worlds. With a mix of science and whimsy in our tool kit, we get real and we have fun!
